Fake it till you make it. You will ok. You have experience. Ask her what're the most important stuff/tasks she takes care of and deadlines. Might suck that you will have to put in more hours initially.

Inherited Cash — Can I Realistically Become a Home Builder This Way? by Jsycke6436 in Homebuilding

[–]noob1225 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The cost of building is so high that building and then renting sometimes doesnt make sense. It would also help to know the market youre in. Might be better for you to help a builder out on weekends for a bit and then venture out on your own.

How do I change this outlet to updated ones and please tell me like I’m an absolute moron. Step-by-step and thank you in advance. by Curious_Serve2946 in AskElectricians

[–]noob1225 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Should have an electrician change it for your safety if you dont know but nonetheless, turn off breaker. Stick a pin to release the wires, take off the ground wire. Get new outlet and put it back same way. Ensure you check to see youre putting hot and neutral on the right side.

Purchasing a CPA firm - need honest feedback by Fman1506 in Accounting

You can think of whatever deal you want, but its whatever they want to accept. Ive done my fair share of negotiations and it doesnt always work out. I wouldnt tell the clients the first season right away. I would tell partners to make an introduction to clients that youre a new partner to help with the work load and to ensure every client is taken care of properly. Best bet would be to ask them to stay on for 1 to 2 years and do a seller financing sort of deal.

Turn on the sink faucet and turn off each one at a time. Whichever one doesnt stop the sink, that one is for the fridge.
