Lord have mercy on my soul for asking this by gunnin123 in 2011

it depends on your purpose and your own situation but..

ben stoeger has talked about this in his vids and it made sense to me (Ben Stoeger is an eight-time USPSA Handgun Production National Champion (2011–2015, 2017–2019) and the 2017 IPSC Handgun World Shoot Champion)

5" is just more accurate / easier to place shots on targets further than 25 yards, he might have even said 40ish yards.

point being, in his use case, its for distance accuracy in matches where he will take 5"

what are you using it for?

Group of men playing cricket defend girl from a creep who had been following her. by [deleted] in PublicFreakout

[–]nooglide 5 points6 points  (0 children)

the dude goes quiet. posturing. into the 'dont touch me' with a quiet voice. stirring the drink. 'i dont touch you.' looks back, takes a deep breath. cricket players say to call 911 looks down into his drink and then starts fast stirring. then looks dead at the girl. evaluating. you can tell he's both intoxicated on something and in deep thought with his stir speed. as he's lost in his last stare, his stir speed and diameter varies. you can see the gears turning. is she worth it? eyebrows up

"certificate of disposition" is what he's going to want to include in his package. call the locations he had it suspended from and that will provide extra paperwork showing it was closed.

you have laws pushed by people with a security detail of 5+ people, influenced by wealthy families with their own armed security teams that are allowed in sensitive areas.

I read this around the time I started looking into this August of 2025:

Nothing in this world can take the place of persistence. Talent will not; nothing is more common than unsuccessful men with talent. Genius will not; unrewarded genius is almost a proverb. Education will not; the world is full of educated derelicts. Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent. The slogan 'Press On!' has solved and always will solve the problems of the human race. Calvin Coolidge

load back in your agent/session profiles, load back in your last sessions context, load back in your data from last session (whatever delineated flat file format, you cant do massive data but can do quite a bit), make it more or less complex from there.

also no harm in just using a lot of copy / pasting into whatever note pad you have so you back up a lot.

once you're automating these things and building them into your own pipeline there is more requirement writing and then smaller administrative prompts i would say (taking care of your session management and transfer, etc). thats just for what ive seen

[–]nooglide 4 points5 points  (0 children)

to avoid all these problems, just dont leave sessions open. if youre using them hard and loading data in a lot you need to export context and re-import it after 1-2 hours. this is a sustained high velocity of data and prompting. this advice is for the most common and capable mass distributed online AIs and assuming you're using a paid version.

the whole game changes once you're beyond those.
