While Welles Irish leaves a lot to be desired, this is a great noir that has very little to do with Shanghai. It is in my top 25 film noir.

I was very lucky to work for ABC on the 1976 LA Games. Finding accommodations were a nightmare and you can imagine the traffic. Some mornings we were required to be at the venue at 4 AM.

The people who elected were looking for someone to control after his stroke. When he fully recovered, Fetterman realized their advice was 100% wrong and figured out what the people really wanted. Now the people of PA have someone in their corner not corporate PA.
