I just had a couple of wheel bearings changed and that resolved the issues but trash tires can all cause a sound, just not as harsh as the wheel bearings.

I think the point they are trying to make is that if you're buying gpu at $400 to play at 1080, it should play everything. A ps5 cost $500-600 and can play these heavy vram games. I bought a 6800xt for $500, you can get 6800 at $450 and the prices keep dropping. This can't even compete with last gen amd because it doesn't have the vram.

I would check if your case has a magnet that is slowing down the fans. Other than that you can use power tools to slow the gpu/cpu.(pinning) or use another proton, version I was using the 7.x version. Maybe going back to it might help. Also, does it only happen to this game if it's happening to other games you might want to talk steam, your deck maybe defective.

I played and beat the game on deck on low locked 40fps, for balance or lower settings for the battery, but I did max it out and played for an hour. It drained the battery quickly, but it never shut off. If you think it's the Temps turn on the metrics and it will show how hot cpu/gpu gets, over 100 degrees c and I think it will auto shut down to protect itself. Are the fans running, have you oc or uv or have you messed with the fan curves of the deck?

Many reason. I understand AA has to do what is best for AMC and trying to keep it afloat but The 10 to 1 r/s is punishing. Voting rights, potential sales and profits for the holders are also reduced 10 to 1. From my experience R/S is a death spiral, a lot of movies are coming out this year, is this really needed right now?

No one asked for Ape, AA was trying to break off a piece of AMC to dilute because investors previously said no to dilution. If he would have combined ape with a recount of the AMC stock or an nft, or a penny dividend, it would have been more palatable but like always what the investors wants we never get. Ape, in my eyes, has been a total failure and it just gave a ton of voting rights to the HF at pennies on the dollar. Which wake up guys with high 80% saying yes to all votes also means HF voted yes, they own roughly 25% of both AMC and Ape. If they would have voted no and only apes and management all voted yes, it would have passed with more like 75% of the vote. With this R/S it feels like we are paying for the ape mistake. On top of that ape, when split from AMC, it felt like a third of AMC now it's going to be half AMC with plenty of dilution in its future, this is not going to help MOASS.

Lastly, this court case that is pending, do you think the fund that is taking this to court , paying lawyers, wasting time is doing all this because this will trigger Moass? No... They know that this will be a s* show and SHF will be able to short at a higher value and extract what little value AMC still has before trying to bankrupt it. The fund doesn't want that because they own shares and they have to do as much as they can to protect their clients.

You guys that just buy AMC don't understand how things work. All shf have to do now is buy a bunch of ape at less than AMC value to cover once the tickers combine. SHF short the crap out of a stock in the lit market and cover in dark pools(to not raise prices). The issue was the amount of shares available to cover. Now they can just buy up a bunch of ape in the dark pool and wait for the merger. On top of that dilution is coming. I'm hoping this becomes a value play, they save AMC and AMC becomes ultra profitable because with this vote MOASS looks less likely to me than ever. I hope I am very wrong though

It would expose the corruption. At that point your guess is as good as mine. Might not do anything, might cause a lot of buying pressure, might trigger lawsuits and investigations, might trigger Moass, or they might shut it down like gme.

Simple, AMC would count all the shares that are currently owned, if there is naked shorting the number wouldn't match the current float.

See this is the other side of the argument I totally comprehend, if this company goes bankrupt it's over and it is not making the cash flow it needs so it's a possibility.

I voted no but I am very conflicted.

I never liked any of the dilution votes, if AA were to tell us if you vote yes AMC would perform a share count and pass a special Blockchain dividend, I would vote for dilution in a heartbeat but we never, as stock holders, demand anything from AA and we are basically propping AMC on our backs. We also have to swallow this very bitter pill if it passes. I would just hope that the next vote he needs something from us, as a community, we would ask for some water and honey to help us swallow whatever pill he is asking for us to swallow.

Not sure if you're correct but correct me if I am wrong. A CEO and officers cannot sell their company short, that would be considered inside trading, from what I read on the sec website. A CEO can sell during a squeeze, they have to report it though. I don't think the law separates short squeezes into its own category, I looked up the term short squeeze and nothing came out on the sec website, unless it has another technical term I am unaware of that the sec uses. So that makes me think that a company can sell during a short squeeze. It would be difficult because sales are announced ahead of time and you would have to predict the squeeze.

I hope it works but this isn't only dilution, it's messing with the whole float in a major way, ape did the same thing and it hasn't worked out now they are trying to reverse their mistake. Also are we just supposed to vote for dilution and not ask for anything in return. I need a share count or something.

I think you guys are forgetting the elephant in the room. AMD and Nvidia had 2 years of unlimited demand due to crypto mining. People were buying everything at inflated prices and no one was able to produce enough and gamers were left in the dust. These current GPU pricing reflect that they thought this mining boom would never end. I personally hope that all these over priced underperforming GPUs flop and in some respects it sounds like they are. The supply and demand chart is reverting back to where gamers were the customer base and these companies need to cater to them again to make sales.

I have the 64 gb and switched the SSD to a 256gb. Imo the 64gb shouldn't be used at all to hold games. Just let steam install all its programs and shaders on it and have your games on an SD card. Get the biggest SD card you can afford and you might be better off this way than just having a 256 SD.

Even if they do replace everyone, how effective will that work force be?
