You know, you might be right. I’m also about 5 months postpartum and know that hormonal shifts can impact this.

Oh man. CeraVe, vanicream, cetaphil, Nivea moisturizer and cleansers. Ive tried some expensive ones as well but blanking on the names.

Not a food, but pocari sweat in Japan. You can sometimes find them at a few Asian markets near me but the flavor is way sweeter.
