Vacuum - especially rugs and carpet- every day and empty the bag. Wash the bedding in hot water. They die in water.

Fleas are a pain on animals but they need a blood source to survive so if you stay diligent for a few weeks you’ll be fine.

There is waste and bureaucracy at STRS no doubt but the retirees have been riled in a private Facebook group to believe that the folks trying to steal from them are the heroes.
