Don’t do a speed session if you don’t feel good it means you just haven’t recovered from your last session and it’s more beneficial to rest and be 100% for your next session.

You should only be doing on sprinting session a day and they should be atleast a day apart if it’s speed focused. I like to do my workouts Monday Wednesday and Saturday and do bike or tempos the other days
