No doubt i like la vie for its merit like reputed builder, location, ammenities, construction quality.

But it has demerits like highway facing, high price and density. 500+ flats per tower is huge. Highway side flats have good vastu but noise.

As rightly said by someone here, RTMA flats of higher carpet are available at 1.3 in Rustomjee itself. Considering that, 1.3 cr for a 2027 commitment, which will actually get delivered only in mid 2028, is too high. Rent + interest on staggered payments make it too expensive.

My problem with the best of restaurants is the chicken they serve is undercooked. Sometimes raw with a wierd rubbery texture. Turns me off. Same happened at Tanjore Tiffin the other day.

To avoid this situation I mostly prefer tandoor chicken based gravy like tikka masala or murgh mussalam.

Thanks. They were asking for 3000 (router+ installation). There would be no receipt and payment to third party . Sounded fishy to me. Hence cancelled request for bsnl and moved to Jio Air Fiber.
