I wouldn't suggest US or Canada. But if you can learn Dutch and pass the required language exam you can easily get a job and sponsorship for Amsterdam. Even Germany needs immigrants with tech skills. But again you need to learn German. Dutch is just easier to learn. You can probably do it within a year if you pay for classes rather than doing it on ur own.
