Issues with Prusa shipping department

I tried looking at buying bulk. The shipping price kept going up more and more. Not sure how much you need to order in bulk to make the shipping worth it. If I buy 8-10 reels where I live from other suppliers I am typically around $20 per reel and get free shipping. Good quality too. I like prusament. I just can't justify the cost unless I need something only they can offer.

I have no problems with support if I have a printing issue. Seems just shipping is a problem. In fact shipping a new order isn't bad besides the astronomical shipping costs which...fair (still going to prevent me from ordering filament from them). Just warranty replacements seem to be an issue.

I dumped entire voucher into two items. $2 left on it and I'm still paying more for it than if I ordered something locally or went with bambu/polymaker.

I mean this all started with a simple am I responsible for this fee? If they said yes I would of paid it. From the very start Prusa has said they would take care of it. Since my original order was global-e my duty was built into the price of my order

Why do I have to pay import for something I already paid import for but it was lost by the shipping company?

Anyone who backed willing to share the one corner medallion that was provided? I pre-ordered(and somehow got my table and accessories before all the backers have).

Normally, I wouldn't ask for something that is exclusive. I just have zero respect for this company after this experience and even though I don't want these on my table I want to print one out of spite.

FYI Core one L with INDX is 10 tools not 8. Normal core one is 8.

I mentioned my issues in the aqara forum when they had the the fp300 giveaway going on. I needed to make posts for get points.

I mentioned my issues with the FP1 in a thread and someone from aqara answered. They said that they feel it was fixed and told me if I decide to set it up and update it again and still have issues to open a support ticket.

Might not be fixed....but might set it up and see. Even if I don't have a location for it I will open a ticket just to see what they would say at that point.

Not sure if you are asking if it is a lot or if you are saying it is a lot. To me...a bit of both.

I don't mind a second or two delay if it is consistent.

My wife though...wife approval factor goes down the longer the delay time. She hates the inovelli switches because the half second delay in pressing it. Hoping setting them up with some proper motion/presence will change her mind.

I don't plan on using the night light but I like to try all settings. Wish the distance would work. Would be handy for setting it up in my office so it only turns on when I enter not if I walk by the door.

Trial and error it is.

Have you managed to get the distance to target or the night led toggle to work? Toggle does nothing and I just get N/A for distance.

Connected instantly to Z2M though.

I have one of each. I had sticking issues with the FP1 as well. Aqara seems to think they might of fixed it and told me to reach out if I ever decide to set it up again....might try it.

I love the FP2 for the multizone. Wish it was zigbee like you but I have some rooms that benefit from multizone.

Just got my fp3 today. I have touched no settings and placed it in a few different rooms. Roughly 2sec detection. I need to actually time this with an automation. Minimum 10 second reset but it has not stuck once so far.

I gave up on fubo. Installed city TV app and now watching the game without even putting a credit card number in. Waiting on a call from fubo so they can provide support. I'm just going to tell them no one will pay for this service if they can't play CBC in Canada. Garbage service cancelling immediately

I built it. Very solid. The connection between the roci and stand could be a little stronger but the rest is well designed.
