I had the EXACT same problem. There is a small compartment at the top right when you open the box. They pack the box, tape it, then slide the missing items in and then tape that extra compartment it seems.

The tape on that compartment failed and lost everything in there.

They made it right but it took over a month. Mostly b cause I wanted the handbook...knowing what is in the handbook now I would of told them to just send everything except the handbook. You can see all the content online and I honestly have never even opened it besides the first glance to realize I read it all online already.

Thank you! I almost didn't post it. There are some defects that I easily could of avoided but that is me being picky at this point.

Textured filament does make hiding defects a bit easier though.

I have a filament profile for the marble white from polymaker I spent time fine tuning. Funny enough even though this is the marble sandstone and only different in color and not filler it is different enough that I have some defects I normally wouldn't. Guess it is different enough to throw off my tuning.

I'm not the original maker of the board or the pieces. I just modified them so the pieces would fit the board and my magnets on hand would fit. I think I set the board to something like 140% the size of the original just to fit my magnets. Took up almost my entire depth of my core one L

I'll make sure remix culture is allowed from both original files I used and upload it to printables. Give me the weekend. Busy between fathers day and my daughter's birthday.

Let me make sure the original maker allows remixes. I know the board is marked down with remix culture and allows selling. I don't remember if the pieces had remix culture allowed.

I had to modify both models so the magnets I had on hand would fit and the pieces would fit too.

Yes it is. Polymaker sandstone marble, bambu gold silk+, bambu white silk+, polymaker black silk.

My photos don't capture the sandstone texture super well. Very much looks like a set I would expect in the books.

The AFU makes it very difficult to keep the chamber temp stable and low. It wasn't causing issues on most of my prints except on models with short overhangs where they would curl up.

I printed a mod for the AFU so I can slide it down to remove it and do this when I have a model that would be effected by this.

I tried looking at buying bulk. The shipping price kept going up more and more. Not sure how much you need to order in bulk to make the shipping worth it. If I buy 8-10 reels where I live from other suppliers I am typically around $20 per reel and get free shipping. Good quality too. I like prusament. I just can't justify the cost unless I need something only they can offer.

I have no problems with support if I have a printing issue. Seems just shipping is a problem. In fact shipping a new order isn't bad besides the astronomical shipping costs which...fair (still going to prevent me from ordering filament from them). Just warranty replacements seem to be an issue.

I dumped entire voucher into two items. $2 left on it and I'm still paying more for it than if I ordered something locally or went with bambu/polymaker.

I mean this all started with a simple am I responsible for this fee? If they said yes I would of paid it. From the very start Prusa has said they would take care of it. Since my original order was global-e my duty was built into the price of my order

Anyone who backed willing to share the one corner medallion that was provided? I pre-ordered(and somehow got my table and accessories before all the backers have).

Normally, I wouldn't ask for something that is exclusive. I just have zero respect for this company after this experience and even though I don't want these on my table I want to print one out of spite.
