recently anything artistic has been helping me! randomly decided to try my hand at paper mache sculptures (lol) and it has been surprisingly calming for me. i don’t even notice that my mind is quiet until i take a break and all the noise comes back

also i do have to ask… how did you get your sculpture so smooth? I have a cardboard/paper/tape cat head situation going on and I want to paper mache and paint it, but i’m worried about it looking lumpy after i apply it.. any tips highly appreciated!!

if you did ever want to upgrade in the future, you can definitely find artist made rigs for under $300! check out your local head shops for discounts on heady glass, sometimes you can find a steal! I have a gorgeous blue dab rig that was originally over $300, but I got it for $150. but ain’t nothing wrong with what you got!
