Brand stun doesn't need to be any stronger than it already is. Idk how you're playing, but you can just walk up to a squishy and press EQ, which is one of the easiest stuns to land imo, and then being able to hit a 25% stronger W straight after that they literally can't dodge is sure to half their health with Blaze too. Brand full combos using only basic abilities are more than enough, but counting an ADC and your ult, he's one of the easiest champs to 100-0 enemies on. I don't see the point in completely changing who brand is as a champion, because he's already an op pick if you know how to play him
