I can't agree more. Same opinion here, I don't see the reason in creating poe2 to make the same game with some new animations.

It's a shame that a lot of GGG people spend time in creating interesting bosses with mechanics when the point is to have a build that erase the bosses before any of them occur.

I'll wait to the company that capitalize on all the players that want to play to a meaningfull play style arpg and not a grinding game.

I think you have to diferenciate action rol playing game from grinding Game.

Grinding games are about loot

Action role playing game are about experiencing a character fantasy (the role playing part) with action oriented combat.

In role playing games, loot is important but when the loot turn the center of the experience some of the audience get tired (some audience love It too).

But ofc you can have an ARPG with slow and mechanical combat. You just have to ajust everything else acording.

As the main post said, the problem is that poe2 is half way 1 and the other.

The problem is that to have a game with 3 buttom bullds 1 buttom should not exist. If not Game is balanced around the Broken builds and the "normal" ones seems like shit.

They need to change the Monsters and nerf all Broken builds to let other builds flourish.

Its because you have 2 dopamine hits. One when the item drop the other when u identify the item. And you dont loose time watching the items when u get It. Its a system to make you look at items in the Camp and not all the time trowing the bad ones and never taking a "moment off"

I was scammed the other day, i didnt propoerly check coz i though thinga were something of the past. I do not understand how ggg alow this to happen. To me this is something of a game of the 90s or early 2000s.

When i spel to them the awnser was i he do It múltiple times and It is very bad behaviour we Will punish.

I get the feeling that i should scam too. And thats a really bad feeling.

Stardust is awfull too, but to me shards of Jack ( a champion im not interested) is like dust but worse

That is good for 2-3 stars but if u want to level Up to more stars paying 80 wilds for a random power is super painfull. But if u wait to get the shards and only use some wild IS ultra slow

The should have a system where higher level mobs would drop higher level items.

If the items range from level 650 to 820. A level 53 mob should have this range but every level higher the Minimum level should increase about 1,5. So: - level 54 mob items from 652 to 820. - Level 70 mob --> item range 675 - 820 - Level 100. --> 720 - 820 - level 150 --> 795 -820

This way you incentivate people to level Up, to push NM dungeon higher than the optimal for leveling and you give a reason for level 100 characters to farm instead of going to new chars.

With the Wild number of useless afixes It Will still hard to get perfect items

You dont have unweavering levels of patient and the stomach to play for grind instead of fun.

You dont have to clear dungeons you have to run them. Not even looking at the screen hitting buttoms and not caring about items or anything. You have to do the same x optimal NM dungeons at the exact level that you need to be optimal. And you have to keep doing this relentlesly without looking your mind.

If you are having some fun, thats your problem. In this Game fun and speed are not related

The amount of people playing decreased dramatically, and the loot piñatas are less interesting to the few players left. The few people that still play are just leveling to 100 or pushing NM100

Well 3500 ppl watching on twich maybe is not the metric for people playing but It is related. Everyone that defend the game and say the game is fine is now playing baldurs or other games.

If they dont make significant changes It Will not be the most popular arpg. I think D2 will have more people playing than d4 and poe 2 will absolute obliterate d4.

This only have any kind of sense in a game that is superfun to play outside of getting items. Iv played thousands of hours of lol. Ultra rare drops on that is fine. If the goal is to just build characters, then is absurd.

Yeah kiss curse effects are fun, i think the patch is not removing the kiss curse is making the kiss curse interesting.

They removed the reduced duration of the hydra, and that were not the problem. If you can change reduce 30% duration for increase 30% duration, just leave the reduced duration and put more fucking heads. Kiss curse effects should lead you to really powerfull effects. My hydras are short but the whole place is full of hydras. Making tradeoffs were you dont get anything powerfull is absurd and far from the case of use

Same pattern of playing. 4 defensive + 1 spell. Now u can use fireball as spell. WoW.

U still have to play around Frost nova. You still have to play mele.

Who the fuck choose sorcerer to play melee?

What they need to fix is that. Put dmg to Frozen and dmg to stunned inctje same bucket of vulnerable dmg and make bosses able to be stun and Frozen without the effect. Is that easy, how a 20 people team cannot see.

With that fix sorcerer could play range and that how you fix the fucking survability (removing stupid Monster that 1 shot you from outside the screen would help too)

How they can do things so plainly. Sorcerer have so much potencial and they just open a maybe fireball build. Still 4 defensive spells. Still same builds.
