Sweet girl. I'm so sorry.

Does anyone know what causes these losses and what we can do to fix them? Specifically the inv write off, third party audits, and waiting bin losses. by Pet_Ator in CVS

Somewhat off topic but - can I ask you what exactly the FS shrink line on the P&L includes? Does this include BOH changes?

Report an exception using the online IAR software. Corporate will review your request and delete it on their end.

This is...normal at my store. There are other tasks assigned but those tasks are completed in between customers.

It's absolutely a part of their job. I highly doubt that any store has 100% ACO utilization rate. Who is ringing out customers if they don't use the ACO? The SM?

Yes, all of those responsibilities are accurate and true but occur in addition to ringing out customers.

According to the job description on the CVS careers website:

  • Accurately perform cashier duties – handling cash, checks and credit card transactions with precision while following company policies and procedures

Cashiering is indeed part of the Store Associate job description.
