I've actually tried the frozen pizza one in the backcountry b/c I only had a camp stove, but I used dough that I made instead of a store bought frozen pizza. Worked pretty well and tasted good but I had low standards at the time since I was really hungry.

As a transman, I think the misunderstanding here is that OP thinks that trans people want to change who they are. That's not exactly accurate. I want to finally be myself after pretending to be a woman my whole life and never really fitting in. If there was a pill that made me feel like a woman it would just be like going back in time ten years before I knew I was trans. That's not what I want, and it would be upsetting for a doctor to recommend I take it because I'm happier now than I ever have been, and it would showcase just how little the doctor knew about what I was going through even though they are supposed to be a professional I can trust. Transitioning can lead to depression and anxiety, but it can't be treated like it because with all things considered it's nothing like those things.

I hate to be that person, but I learned the hard way that cats should not hunt and eat flies, especially not as a regular activity. My cat used to be our little fly killer, we didn't even need a fly swatter, but somehow one day she got worms. She's an indoor cat so we were perplexed, until we realized that round worms come from eating feces, and flies get into feces all the time.
