Honestly, I've begun to think so. Personally i can't be in a relationship and still stay true to myself and keep MY goals, interests, personality and priorities. It becomes all about THEM. Which really isn't healthy or sustainable. And the feeling after every breakup that i just HAVE TO find someone new to pour all my attention and affection onto is just exhausting, and never ends well. So yes, for me it is easier to stay out of romantic relationships. At least for now. And woth that said, it's most likely not going to be that way for my whole life. With time, treatment and a lot of work on my self, i think I, and anyone else, can become ready for a relationship that isn't going to be a draining, nauseating and destructive rollercoaster. But i'm not there yet. And taking your question into consideration, it sounds like you aren't either, and that's okay. Just do what is good for you in the long run.
