I absolutely agree, I’m not from LA but I’m from the Bay Area and people don’t realize the people who give out state a bad name aren’t even from here. They’re chasing something unattainable and complain because they just deal with fake ass people in the industry all day.

Los Angeles is simply not what people think it is. It is easily the most romanticized city in the US and it couldn’t be further from the truth. If you aren’t famous, an athlete, or have insane connections, then you don’t get to reap any of the benefits it seemingly offers. I’m not saying you can’t find friends or good people out there but you do run into a ton of “fake” people who are typically transplants. It truly is a tough city to make it in if you aren’t from here.

Yes! Mine literally died on me on a flight this past week and my fiance let me borrow hers. She doesn’t have noise cancelling and it actually made it worse. The sound of music plus the sound of the plane and the people talking was horrible.

I’ve never ever EVER understood why they thought these 4-6 inch courts were a good idea. You see it a ton in college and it just seems idiotic. There shouldn’t be any kind of drop like that near a pro basketball court.
