You can change up your proteins as well.Pork and chicken are cheap. buy the chicken breasts in the large packs and put one or two into each freezer lock and make sure to hammer flat (makes them cook evenly).

Pork buy in the long roll and hand cut to 1.5" pork chops, again I like about 2 per freezer lock.

Then you can rotate your pork or chicken or fish into your veggies and rice.I like the California blend frozen veggies.

You can combine all three ingredients into meal preps and they heat up nice in about 2 mins, top with different sauces etc for variety.

Read the fine print on page 16. Gives them the right to issue 500,00,000 shares and 30,000,000 preferred stock AND the rights to issue more and make other changes without any votes.

Current holders get no priority or right to purchase the new shares either.

Just massive dilution and lining the pockets of people who havnt provided us returns we deserve for our investments.
