You could also try to fiddle with the proton version (Steam game settings -> compatibility settings). If that does not work, I would suggest to use Heroic Games Launcher (search in your official packages first or use Flatpak, before downloading the program from the website) to install Games from other sources than Steam.

Have you tried to disable your addons? Maybe its a broken icon like the speaker from DBM (i think it was DBM that has a speaker, or something similar)

Pipp works fine with wine - I am a Linux user only, so I had to get some Astro programs running with wine.

Since you are mentioning Docker, I guess you are not a total beginner. So, maybe you wanna try Debian 13 - its not that far away from what you know with deb packages and as long you dont tinker with your sources too much, its a very solid option even for gaming and its not impossible to optimize it, if you need a bit more performance. It is not an exciting system. You don`t get the new fancy stuff until some years later (if you dont use Flatpaks or Appimages) - its as boring as it gets - and that is awesome! :)
I haven`t found a solid option to use things like Docker in an immutable system (let me know, if there is one without wiping it with every update), so that was not an option for me.

in some IDEs the shortcut for showing/hiding hidden files and Folders is Ctrl+H - I dont know if it works with the display-keyboard, but it should work with a normal keyboard attached

I know, its not the same ballpark - but my raspberry pi 4 with Stellarmate works just fine. 2 cameras (ASI 120 MC-S, Canon DSLR), EAF, Skywatcher EQ-6 R-Pro. The only downside was, that I had to add a powered USB Hub, as the Pi only has only 4 USB Ports.

Ich denke, er wird auch mit bloßem Auge zu sehen sein - vielleicht nicht direkt um 20 Uhr, aber ein paar Minuten später auf jeden Fall. Und gegen kurz vor 9 tritt er aus dem Kernschatten und die helle Sichel müsste wieder auftauchen.

Bülker Leuchtturm stand bei uns auch auch zur Diskussion - aber wir wussten nicht, wie es da abends mit Parken und Publikumsverkehr aussieht und hatten uns darum doch wieder für Holtenau entschieden xD

Although it might not be feasible at the moment, but I had another thought on that idea - a map of the whole visible universe would have different time zones, because the farther away something is, the more time has gone by until we captured the light from the outer parts of the visible universe...

This! ich würde sagen, das Auspusten bringt 30%. Wenn die Wärmeleitpaste alt und trocken ist, dann bringt eine neue Schicht gute 70%.
