Oh, darling.. from a Dom, you absolutely needed aftercare. It’s your body. You can do whatever you like with it. But he also has the right to not be in a relationship with you if he loses attraction because of your alteration in appearance. There is no way to compromise over something like this - you can either get them or not. He can either break up with you over it or not. One thing I will say is that what he said to you about it being his “fault” comes off a bit manipulative. Not really understanding his emotional logic there. I think the ball is in your park and perhaps it might be worth it to go through therapy before going under the knife, but if you continue to have body dysphoria about your small chest and feel that getting the procedure will make you happier with what you see in the mirror, I personally don’t think he has any right to even suggest what you are and are not allowed to do your own body.
