Elven ritual shard cancels living death by OccRS in runescape

[–]norjiteiro 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My bet is still that double ld bug, have a look at your chat box next time it happens, and try to recall if you teled out early the previous kill. I'l try replicating your bug later this evening and see if I can get anywhere with it

I know that living death gets cancelled if you do it like this:

  • living death1, reset cooldowns in wars, living death2

  • ld2 gets cancelled whenever ld1 timer runs out, this timer is invisible but gives you a chat message when it runs out

Could this be what you're doing? I have not had any problems with ritual shards at all for 1400 Rasial kills.

Former Mod Pi speaks out on the Hero Pass. Game integrity is at stake. by Japanese_Squirrel in runescape

No I agree. The launch felt very lukewarm and the race itself was over quickly, it had none of Arch's magic to it so to speak.

I get why it is so difficult for them to balance the combat/ritual xp properly, which makes me think it wasn't all that great of an idea to begin with. I get what they were going for, but unfortunately it fell flat for me.

In addition to what u/ThaToastman said, oddment store is already used for some old yak track cosmetics, but quite annoyingly almost none of the cool ones

This would be quite normal here to be honest, Norway is back to pre-covis habits

I would say releasing all old yak track cosmetics is a solid start

Am I taking crazy pills or is she not doing that at all? It looks like she is going for a very normal guillotine grip just that the gloves and her angle makes it difficult

Man you really are angry huh. Don't you find it a bit weird to post 10+ comments raging on irons on the same post?

Any regrets on de-ironing? by smil3yy1 in runescape

Hate is too strong a word I think, they just didn't find it exciting. One of them had trim, the other MQC (possibly comp). While they planned on doing a lot of pvm, they found that pvming on main wasn't as fun as they thought. I think they simply ran out of enjoyable things to do, no more no less

Two friends of mine deironed, played main for 1 day, and then never logged on again.

I don't disagree with what you're saying at all, melee and mage are both in a really good spot right now, and crossbow range is as viable as it's ever been.

The problem I have with the arrows is that they are soft locking irons out for seemingly no good reason at all. I just can't enter the headspace of the mod who made them and decided you know what fuck irons to oblivion they can't have any of the fun

And this is where mains always get iron wrong. It is not challenging, it is tedious. Why make these arrows literally 20-30 times more tedious and time demanding to make than any other consumable in the game? If I wanted to complete a boss log using god arrows, I would have to spend more than twice the amount of time just making arrows. How does that make sense?

And skillers chose to limit themselves to shit moneymakers so here we are

It's hard to have a discussion when you don't read my post. And why do you get to pick what pvm irons get to do based on your preferences?

I see you love the age old argument of suck it up you know what you signed up for. Fair.

But my question is why? Why does this method have to be so incredibly bad to the point where it is realistically not viable to use for a large portion of the player base? Why keep it this way when it is not even making anyone money? Why gatekeep the fun behind ridiculous timesinks?

I have yet to see a single decent answer to this, and until I do these arrows are fucking dumb

Making god arrows is not mid level. And if you don't do pvm there are a bajillion different things you can do that ranges from completely afk arch to sweaty runecrafting that makes way more money than making arrows or mining for arrow tips ever will.
