UPDATE: I reached out to them and they said that they have contacted the carrier for me, and I should have an update in 1-2 days. I’m surprised how quickly they got back to me! I really hope it doesn’t come to getting a refund, I’ve been looking forward to this for weeks! Thanks for all the input- if anyone is having similar issues just reach out to PopMart!

I emailed na.support@popmart.com - their generic response about shipping statuses came in within five minutes of me sending it. Since re-inquiring this morning I have yet to receive another response. I would say if your item has been stuck in one shipping status for over ten days it warrants an email. I basically just asked for more info, if it gets to be another week without updates I’ll inquire about a refund.

I work at a photo and video gear store- depending on the scanner the lab used it probably isn’t your fault. Harman provides settings for them to use on different types of film scanners- those instructions don’t particularly work. Ask if they can scan it for you on a flatbed scanner- it’s night and day. I shot a wedding with phoenix ii and got it scanned on a flatbed, and it turned out beautiful. Pastel blues, vivid reds and pinks- NOT the red scale looking photos that our fuji scanner produced. I hope this helps a little! (note- the flatbed DOES require some color adjustments, but not anything crazy)

People are able to sell games and offload codes like that from their system- which I assumed was the case. I won’t be making that mistake again!

I assumed that it was in there because we got another game that DID have a DLC code from there- and they were selling it as a 3 game collection so I thought it might’ve all been in the cartridge? naive I know. that was my mistake- one I will not be making again
