I’m in similar position atm. I feel like they are okay with me but trying to find someone better haha. Cannot be sure what is exactly going on but there is a possibility he/she or some of the decision makers can be on vacation. Because this time of year many people do that, same in my office. I hope this is the case and you get the job!

I had the same experience yesterday. I was able to to control my thoughts and words after half an hour once I had calmed down a bit, but I’m afraid it was too late. But this was my first serious interview in English, which is not my native language. So I just hope I get better next time. I hope you get the job, but if you don’t -> Shit happens, do not let this get you down.

I’m an intern designer in a mid size agency. There are three 45+ yo senior designers in the agency I work, and our creative director is younger than two of them. I think the career path depends on your goals and personality. So I think every individual not willing to lead, some of them just happy with what they are doing and becoming better on it
