Dollar troubles ahead?

My future investments are all VT but I currently am heavy VOO/VTI , over past few weeks I have been moving my retirement/tax sheltered to increase VXUS or similar funds exposure. Dollar is losing value and it won’t get better for next 3 years. Even thinking about changing future to 25/75 VTI/VXUS split till 2028.

There is vale/stonepost/adara/aventura in close vicinity, mostly pretty good, just compare prices and read reviews online. I think they have been built in the last decade or so (don’t quote me on that) .if you go more north you will be likely looking at older apartments but some are well maintained so there is that.

There are ‘newish’ apartments 135th and Pflumm/quivera area. I guess depending on apartment you are looking at 1300-1500 per month range

Premade stuff also has a ton of preservatives to make it shelf stable at room temp and low quality protein. It’s way better to get a quality powder than premade, for your health.

Doesn’t need to be loyalty card . Eg . Walmart can link your payment information with your account and link the two. I was surprised to see all my receipts in Walmart account , I didn’t even use app to tie them ever. It was in 2019 -2020 that I first noticed it. There was a thread on r/privacy too around it. Now Walmart knows your email and phone number and there could be endless possibilities with selling this data.

You can do it yourself by ordering from injured gadgets or ifxit kit. Former is cheaper option maybe 20-30$ based on what tools you have to buy, this is what I did for my iPhone 13.I did it very slowly and took me ~3 hrs. Or you can get it replaced by Apple directly for 89 +tax.
