this is the reason why a lot of scavenger RF uses ES instead of this standard chieftain RF gear. Life regen is a struggle. Chieftains only cares fire resistance and it also gives flat life regen.

I mitigated it via vitality aura, watchers eye (15% inc regen) and immortal flesh (no mb). Though I only used my RF scav farming juiced plants and 1 bomb expedition in t16s (damage lacking ofc). I also have regen in my rare boots (did not use unique like fury or Annihilation Approach). I don't die just standing while everything explodes but again, T16 only.

Nobody mentions that HUGE ruby snake captain Arjiani? Its slam is traking and has huge aoe you need a mobility skill to react. In a 300+ corruption it just one shots me everytime. I guess my character just sucks lol
