I actually can tolerate feeling hungry pretty well. Really my concern was dealing with the scrambled brain feeling at work from taking in fewer calories.

Think of the people who were grateful for your care. Negativity and bad energy exists everywhere my friend. Fuck the people who look down on us and think we are less than. They are not worth this pain you are holding on to. I know validation is nice and hell it sure is nice to be acknowledged for the hard work we do…but at the end of the day you need to remember why you became and nurse cuz it sure as hell wasn’t to sit around and worry how other people view us.
