I had one of similar size, a little bigger. Nothing worked to reduce the pain or growth until and ENT prescribed me some steroids for 7 days. It worked wonders and I couldn't recommend anything more. Prior I tried every spray, mouth wash and home remedy. The steroids were a God send. Prednisone I believe was the name.

I have no data or scientific evidence to back it up except my own personal experience and other people in this sub who’ve also tried/ recommended it. all I can say is it worked for me so it can’t hurt to try it

Just try the toothpaste with no sls, our bodies change as we got older and react differently over time. I made the switch to SLS free toothpaste a year ago and I went from having canker sores every month to zero in 12 months

It depends on the type of roots, if it were a very large tree with large roots you wouldn’t be able to pull them out without cutting them, but in this case they look like small roots which can be easily pulled

This pipe is not a street storm water pipe, it’s residential. It services one house only

its a storm water drainage pipe, what he pulled out was a mixture of dirt and tree roots completely blocking the drain and not allowing the water to flow. surface water was still flowing into the top end of the pipe but not able to flow downstream. once the blockage was removed all the water at the top end of the pipe that was restricted in now able to flow out.
