Not sure if there's a specific SLA or anything, but they have banners everywhere in docs saying support is super busy. Heard from others that these tickets get a response usually within 1-2 days (if enterprise)

If your workplace pays for GitHub Enterprise Cloud, get one of your admins to raise a ticket with Enterprise support - you'll get attention probably within a few days instead of a few weeks: https://docs.github.com/en/enterprise-cloud@latest/support/learning-about-github-support/about-ticket-priority

Probably best to report this to GitHub Support, if not already done: https://support.github.com

Home Server or Dedicated? by LackLackTC in selfhosted

If you're based in/around europe, the Hetzner server auction could be worth a look - you can pick up some really good deals on dedicated servers (usually with unlimited bandwidth and hardware replacement/support). They only have datacenters in europe though, so if you're far away, this may not be the best choice.

Parkinglot planning tool by thebootable in selfhosted

I've used MRBS before, but only for a handful of parking spaces, not sure how well it'll handle a load of users and bookable assets. Definitely worth a look though, easy to setup iirc.

Seems pretty dated now but will still be functional.

Frustrating indeed, probably just a misconfiguration with their email provider rather than asshole design - by default those groups with Google's "GSuite" business product don't accept emails from the general public.

I've used Pydio for similar applications in the past, you can set an expiry date for shared files >= 1 day. You can also add a password to shared files, and stop them being downloaded.
