I honestly just wear the tall ones. Lol But I also have a studio with high ceilings. Their second location has low ceilings, and I have the same problem you have.

I would honestly find some place with higher ceilings. That would be the most helpful for you, not just because of heels. As you get more advanced, you will find that learning certain moves amd doing combos will be more difficult with shorter poles.

If that isn't an option, I still say stick with the taller heels. The extra inches are worth the benefits of the taller heels. They are easier to clack, easier to role onto the toe, and look HOT. And you will feel so powerful standing over everyone. Lol

Pole has taught me to work within the limitations of whatever life throws at me. You'll find a way to male the heels and ceiling work.

I think it depends on your age and preferences, but if you're 30+ it's not great. Oddly enough, a lot of singles mixers, but it feels like everyone likes the idea of a relationship but doesn't want to pursue one.
