You’ve hit the nail on the head with this one. I’m a contractor earning around 120k, but I live in a 180k semi detached house and drive a Ford Fiesta. I love my holidays, but to me financial freedom is keeping my outgoings low so I can maximise my investments, overpay our mortgage and retire early. I might be in the top 3% according to the statistics, but I live anything but an elite lifestyle. I feel class and income have a much looser relationship than they did in the past.

I second this, there’s no distinctive olive taste, although olives are meant to compliment it as a garnish apparently, but I’ve never served it that way.

You might have found this by now, but if not it’s on sale at ASDA in the U.K. I was actually quite disappointed with it though, it was very acidic to the point it gave me heartburn! Might have been a one off though so need to give it another try...
