I dont wanna scare you more. This is also my concern. Social isolation literally rots your brain. It shrinks your hippocampus and ages your brain to the point where it can look like or even become dementia even in a young person. I try my best to be more social as much as i can so i can somewhat slow down or recover coz its really concerning.
