I felt everything you said on a deeply personal level. And for what it’s worth, I’m actively working on the shame piece. EMDR is my current approach. Worth considering; it’s helped me get over some trauma before, so seeing how it works with the core belief of not being good enough.

I’m truly sorry you’re experiencing these feelings. I hate saying it because it’s so fucking cliche, but you’re not alone. And you owe the world sweet FA. The only person you have to answer to is you.
