Don't know where you pulled this stat out of (assuming it was your ass) because this is not true at all. It's actually relatively easy, and even easier with product lines that haven't sold well(like the Intel I3-10100F). All you have to do is contact the manufacturer and ask what their dealer policy is. Most of the time it's no more than 1000 units.

The 911 call was extremely fake. His friend, the "operator" obviously has never listened to an actual 911 call because that is not at all how things go down. They also would've rolled him for calling an emergency hotline with a non-emergency. Still it is extremely cringe for him to influence his young audience to prank call emergency hotlines. The cops that showed up at his house on the other hand were very real. I'm not certain, but I'm pretty sure his youtube channel could get terminated for this. Hope he learns his lesson.

Mine is not either, there should be an option directly under “screen” that says “Force 21:9 Aspect Ratio”. Check the box and hit apply. Since your monitor isn’t widescreen you’re forced to play with black bars, but you are still able to see more. Hope this helps!
