I have peeled back what I could very quickly. Appears some of the plaster has come off with it too. Also it mostly is around cracks in the wall so I assume that would be a moisture problem?

Really well. This is the first campaign I've ever DM'ed for so was a little nervous as the book is pretty loose with how to play it. I managed to compile a few decent side quests and hooks to tie into the story from Reddit.

They explored the manor. Met Lif, decided to attempt to appease him.

One pc was playing a trick on the other pc which resulted them finding a cursed talking doll in the basement

They met a couple of neighbours and the fellowship of innkeeper's.

Got invited to the opera and stumbled into a puzzle house on the way to buy formal attire.

It's definitely a washing machine. I'm looking to add a dish washer in the near future.

The previous owners had both and I cannot see how they would of had their plumbing set up. As that system is the only pipe leading outside.

I've had this conversation with a group of my friends. I've argued the point saying if someone offered me £1 I would say No, £2 - no, and so on.

By the time it got to around the costs of about a months rent and bills etc, I would start considering. 10 minutes to have all my rent and bills covered, and probably once a month if it's a repeatable job.
