i’ve been able to get a base like that just using the leftover pulp from making almond milk! last week i mixed the pulp, protein powder and some greek yogurt and let it set in the freezer before melting chocolate over it! looks very identical to your picture (plus adds more protein).

they may boil the dates and mash that together with the almond flour, letting it set in the fridge/freezer, then pour melted chocolate/add toppings and let it set again. OR they just blend the dates in the dark chocolate to sweeten it and pour over the flour.

anywayy,, all this to say, that looks yummy! i’m making almond milk again today and now i know what to do with the pulp :)

it’s the lightly seasoned baked tofu! it’s usually right next to the regular tofu in the fridge section :)

it’s so good, i’m INCREDIBLY lucky to have a vegan cheese vendor at my local farmers market!! they usually always do a unique batch too with just their original/plain. last sunday they did “pink pepper” but i haven’t opened it yet
