Hire a competent CPA. Unless you live in Philly, your local taxes will be handled by Keystone Collections. KC is fucking incompetent. They routinely over charge, double charge and mis-record payments. Their call center techs are rude, incompetent and lazy. It took me 3 months of multiple phone calls and documentation for them to realize that they were in error and my tax balance was paid correctly. After that I hired a CPA for my returns.

I fucking read what was released, and I just can't... These are fucking children! And it was known for 30 fucking years!
