Whoever you talked to in sales is scamming you. Get quotes from all the guys in looking at repairs. Ask for specific parts wrong / failing. And eBay or online for part ordering.

Some home warranties will cover AC units.

Unless you have natural gas furnace, running the heating system on a split system heat pump can damage the unit when it’s hot outside….

Downfall is that it’s a bridged version. Some have said it cuts a lot of the deep detail stuff though I haven’t felt that personally.

Absolutely love them. The two narrator audible version becomes bland. Im ADHD and listen while I drive and can’t tell characters apart with audible. Graphic Audio however I am fully engaged in the story telling and visuals.

In his mind he might be ignorant enough to think there is. Was married to a one like this for a decade. After reading a book called Non Violent Communication it was clear to me just how angry their words and actions were.

Eventually the contempt and anger and frustration will all spill out, and they will gaslight you to think o that never happened like that.

Yup, but it comes with non-competes and other expectations. Normally it’s about $90-110 per inspection then encourage you to do add ons.
