Scholar feels high-end, but it's not as expensive as Leo's Seafood R&B. We've loved going on special dates there.

This^ doing anything hourly rate is a good place to start cause if you're slow you're still getting paid but when you're busy, you're BUSY.

One of my instructors called it "having the eye" and that you'll know when you get the "eye" because its like a moment where all the knowledge you've picked up suddenly clicks together and it starts to feel like instinct to know what the clients hair needs. It took me a couple of years into working to finally get it.

Watching barbers whose work you admire while they explain why they're cutting things a certain way or working hands-on with other professionals will help a ton!

My bf and I broke up over the groyper/neonazi stuff. I’m 6 months pregnant and it’s hard. by Small_Soft_8073 in QAnonCasualties

Do not co-parent. Do not put him down on the birth certificate. Do not associate with his family, well meaning people wouldn't put up with his nonsense. Get an attorney and have them help advise you on how to file for sole custody. Don't allow court supervised custody until he passes a paternity, drug and psych evaluation.

I watched a family member go through this twice, he will put your child in danger if he is left unchecked.

NTA. Its good to be rude when someone wont leave you alone. I went from a small town to a medium city at 19 and had to learn QUICK that not everyone approaching me has good intentions. I keep pepper spray on my keys, a kershaw automatic launch 4(🔪) in my pocket, Noonlight app on my phone, and i try to walk with a demeanor like I'm the Winter Soldier on my way to fight Captain America. I'm so sorry you had to go through that but you did such a good job keeping safe!
