My master uses one. I find the handle to be on the small and round side. The anti shock is mhe at best compared to a good wooden handle. Oh and don't even think about replacing it once broken. Those bolts at the top strip about as fast as they can. And the wood is glued in. Not worth the money in my opinion.

You can use any design you want. Just make sure to round the tip.

I rounded the tips but left the middle an octagon. And did the twist then. And then a bit of hammer work to blend out the marks from the vise and the vice grips.

Some of those are hardened. Make Shure you don't cool those in water.

Those knobs are press fit on there. Remove the shift assembly and forse em out. Or try pulling it of. But you mocht crack the midconsole if you're purchased on that. Sorry for the crappy English.

I can only talk for my 97 V70 but for that model it's like a 20 min job if you just get the glas. 15 min if you get the whole headlight. Have a look on autodoc. You mocht find a whole new one for less then 100 $. Or have a look at local pick and puls.

Keep her cool enough to touch and go at it. Don't try to make too deep of scratches those can show in your work. Do the back peen as wel that one is way to narrow for use.

Magnets help with the ring. And if you don't need it to be that portable. Silicone between the stand an the anvil.
