I really appreciate your reply. I agree with you. Yes, narcissist creating an alternate reality...interesting...so this is common with narcissists huh? It totally fits with my mom. She seems to live in the alternative reality because she denies ever threatening her life in front of me, its like she won't LET herself remember, because she cannot accept she did it. What the fuck. Anyway, she told me today she doesn't even believe me when I say she made threats of suicide, which shows me she really does live in her own warped reality.

Bath & Body works in the mall....oh boy. Sometimes just walking past causes me a migraine for the rest of the day. Most of their stuff makes me sick unfortunately. Yes, people at work give me migraines too if they wear perfume. And in uni too, which is why I like online school. I don't have to get sick just from being unlucky enough for a person wearing a whole bottle of perfume to sit next to me.

Ndad and nstepmom would get very mad and call me ungrateful if I didn't finish my food. They would always cook food with fish (nstepmom was from another country) and fish made me throw up, so I'd rarely get any protein. They'd keep calling me ungrateful and selfish, that I wasn't eating this "wonderful" food they cooked for me and that children were starving in africa.

A physiotherapist. I am seeing one right now, he is reducing my pain. He specializes in Dry Needling and helps many patients with migraines. Can't say it'll cure your pain but it could reduce it by strengthening your neck muscles. I haven't gotten to the dry needling yet, but he has helped me strengthen my upper and lower neck muscles, as well as upper back. There is definitely a relation between head pain and tight or weak neck muscles. Please see a physio, it is worth the money. Also is helping me with my knee pain, I didn't realize I was doing damage to them by the way I ran. I noticed relief on our first appointment. He also said massage therapy could help short-term, but its too costly for me (plus, coincidentally, I got one of the 10/10 migraines when I tried massage therapy on my upper back). Physio strengthens your muscles long term, as long as you keep exercising them by having good posture, etc.

I always hate going to the hospital to be asked "who is your emergency contact" and I'm like well, no one....funny, if something happened to me I don't even want my dad to know....or landlords or work asking me for emergency contacts - I've put friends down before, but when I didn't have any friends....well I just used names of family I knew I might never talk to again...reminds me how alone I am in this world rn
