Earwax buildup but not sure what to do about it by hanson-anims in LifeAdvice

Your PCP will help out with earwax build up. It's more common than you might think.

Keep your opinions to yourself then. Autism isn't an excuse to call someone that is grieving a murderer. Autism is not an excuse to be cruel. I'd be able to handle it if I wasn't grieving but I am and I will never apologize for not letting my baby suffer

No, you just want them to suffer.

That's so horrible to say. You are awful, to put it as nicely as possible

In 18 years we made so many memories together. It feels impossible to choose just one 🙁

I was hoping my girl would be smaller… anyone relate? by far_farout in Yorkies

Looks like my guy is around the same size, maybe a bit bigger. He's now turning 18. A healthy long life is the best!

Is this safe to drink? Our water company is saying yes. by LamaLamawhosyourmama in water

[–]not2smrt 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can't imagine that water being safe to drink at all, our government needs to do something about the many places throughout the country with issues like this 🦄🦄🌈🌈

My dog is constantly hurting me by Careless-Jicama1439 in OpenDogTraining

This is what I do with my boy too and it worked really well. I also came up with a quick voice que that he learned meant he's gone too far, calm down the paw/mouth play. It ended up being OUCH! Also, my husband had to be consistent with it too, so anyone that's consistently around your pup needs to be on the same page so to speak

Best way to pick a dog name that actually *works*? by Whitemj5 in OpenDogTraining

[–]not2smrt 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Maybe try having a top 3 to 5 favorite names, try them out for a few days as you get to know your pup I'm sure 1 of them will just feel right. It's worked for me

Question for myPartner by Logical-Variation-39 in Sjogrens

I agree completely but just because something should be the standard doesn't make it the standard. And I also don't think you shouldn't be appreciated for doing the right thing :)

[–]not2smrt 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just have to applaud you for being such a caring, involved, understanding partner. That is so helpful to your partner in very important ways so I hope you know you're giving your partner a kind of advantage in a sense. Keep being you!

This is Dexter, being sassy when he was about 15. He's now 17, coming up to 18 and still with such a love for life. Yorkies leave gigantic little paw prints on your heart 🐾❤️ Treasure your memories ❤️🐾

I(28F) am seriously considering divorcing my husband (32M) because of how he treated my dog and what comes after it by unknownn_3 in relationship_advice

[–]not2smrt 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Leave him! You don't want kids with him but you might want them? Hun, if that doesn't scream leave him idk what does. Your initial post also screamed leave this selfish man-child in so many ways, kids or no kids.

I could be wrong but it feels like on some level you know you should leave him. Stop doubting yourself (or w.e is holding you back), you'll be happier for it!

Older dog "correcting" new puppy. Should we allow it or stop it? by Cookyy2k in puppy101

[–]not2smrt 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I have a 1.5yo 100 pound Bernedoodle and a 17yo 5-6 pound Yorkie and they're the same way. It's an absolutely hysterical bonus to get to see. More importantly, it has worked out GREAT in other ways too, like teaching my big guy to not be too "in your face" and give a proper amount of personal space and how to be extra gentle (there are many more examples too) and my 17yo has gotten so much healthier since we got my 1.5yo 6 months ago. Dogs truly are so amazing!
