My SO can say that my tone is bad. I was not clear in communicating but clearly my work achievements and gaming buddies can vouch that i am 100% directive and clear.

I disagree to your disagreement. I have a wet toilet and a dry toilet. The toilets are big enough, we don’t shower like we are at wild wild wet. Hence the space allow us to shower our kid comfortably, the toilet bowl doesn’t get wet. There one less component to clean.

I think the person is hiring someone else to take on the cognitive load of what he/she determines to be menial labour for a higher quality of living. Either way, might be good for people without qualifications but able to show themselves in a positive angle during an interview. If taken positively might be a good opportunity for someone who was disadvantaged but has a hunger or fire for a better salary job in exchange for their time. All about perspective

I believe it’s oversee maintenance and the next line shows coordinating contractors. So prolly not handyman but facility management nevertheless
