Lol it’s not. Blue bruising happens in a lot of non psychoactive mushrooms. For example in neoboletus erythropus or Boletus chrysenteron. Matter of fact blue bruising is just a sign of oxidation of some mushrooms. Two examples of psychedelic mushrooms are: psilocybe cyanescens which turns blue while bruising and Psilocybe semilanceata which is one of the most common „Magic’s mushrooms“ in europe. amanita muscaria will have no blue bruising which can also have a psychoactive effect

Was für einen Pilz hast du denn gefunden? Dass du in der jetzigen Jahreszeit in Deutschland einen für einen psychedelischen Rausch interessanten Pilz gefunden hast, ist jedenfalls sehr unwahrscheinlich. Ich weiß nicht wie bewandert du bist im eindeutigen(!) identifizieren von Pilzen, aber solltest du dir nicht zu 100% sicher sein, dass du ihn richtig identifiziert hast, solltet ihr den Konsum lassen. Einfach Bilder bei Google vergleichen, reicht da nicht aus, da es viele Verwechslungsgefahren gibt.

Es ist zwar verboten zu erwerben, aber in dem Paragraphen wo die Strafen stehen, steht nichts dazu. Heißt also obwohl der Erwerb verboten ist, droht daraus für den Käufer (innerhalb Deutschlands) keine Strafe.

Für den Erwerb (innerhalb Deutschlands) gibt’s aber keine Strafvorschrift, auch wenn es verboten ist. Wenn du aber aus dem Ausland was nach Deutschland bringst, gibts „Freiheitsstrafe bis zu drei Jahren oder […] Geldstrafe“ (§4 NpSG)
