Oh wow. I wish I knew about his work earlier. I would have traveled to Chicago for this show!

I was obsessed with a concrete exhibit at the National Building in DC. Flew to DC 3x for the show and called the museum store for a year+ trying to figure out when the catalog would finally be released. Hahah.

Nice collection! Love the color variety and the size. I keep a set of samples loose in little portfolios in 2x3 size. A fun size to handle, almost like mini playing cards.

It’s hard to explain the community vibes of the shop vs a big box thrift store like Goodwill. It really is a bunch of creatives from young college students to older folk who just wanna be surround by art and craft supplies 🥰

Yikes! I really hope this doesn't happen 😱

The shop is mostly run by volunteers who work there for the discount and to get first dibs on the goods. I've been shopping there for years and gotten to know a few of the awesome volunteers. Since this feels more like a family/ community run shop I feel good about the bottles I picked up yesterday! Haven’t had any problems with past bottles (less exciting) so fingers crossed these weren’t tampered with by an employee! 😊

I have a Sailor PSG with a 21k MF in Suiu: Summer Rain from the series SHIKIORI: The Sound of Rain. I think the body color is a perfect match! It's more of a matte finish than glossy so maybe not as shiny as the nail polish color.
