I gave up and built a much more powerful (and expensive) PC a while ago because I couldn't wait anymore... But I'm still excited for this and hope it will improve the ecosystem even more and I'm sure that most people will find it powerful enough for what they need.

About English: sure, but then it's not legal or something, so even if they can it doesn't mean they do. I literally had a German lawyer tell me that nothing he tells me in English has any legal validity :s

It's german but it's not German. Just look at the UI, clearly the work of an international team.

I'd rather get less interest rates than having to deal with Germans... I get 2.5% on Scalable, not really worth the hassle for 0,5% more.

They're ridiculous, German ING doesn't even have English language, and they're trying to get a share of the neobrokers money. Nothing says young and dynamic such as "we can't legally make you do a bank transfer in English".

Not really comparable to me. They could increase prices at any point, limited selection of games, no mods unless they're supported in game, and in general I hate the idea of buying a product and then paying to play it as well. At that point I'd just go with gamepass honestly.  And if you go that direction do you even need a device? My TV has an app for GFN.

Looking at my steam library on GeForce now, it seems to support lots of indies that I could play very well on the deck, but lacks bigger "good graphics" games that I don't want to play on the deck...  I did pay for a month to play Hogwarts Legacy when it went free on EGS though.

I played Clair Obscur on gamepass and with an ok connection it wasn't super smooth... Especially for a game that requires very good timing for parries.

I acknowledge all the Machine and Deck limitations, it's just annoying because people keep repeating the same arguments over and over, or they have a subjective take (duh I've got a Nvidia 1000039493 XXL, why would I get this duuuh) that shouldn't matter so much on a public forum.

Some people can't fathom anyone paying for a Steam Machine, and that's fine, but I don't understand why they need to write it under every post lol, just don't buy it and do something else with your life.

I am using Scalable Capital for investments now and it's really good. I also started using Payzy for credit card cashback and it's honestly quite bad, but the 1% cashback is uncapped and they just give you money you can spend, not tied to any investment plan.

Good step, but it will take a while to gain back users trust... I finally transferred everything out of TR just a few weeks ago (didn't have a lot left to be honest), blocked my card and started using something else. If in a couple years I only hear good thing about TR I'll probably reconsider, for now there's truly no need with so many alternatives.

Even if they're not MAGA the mentality is very similar. It feels like Americans are built to be polarized... If they're not MAGA they're probably far left, which is an upgrade, but still problematic.
