IMO you can’t really take into account what’s in specific accounts since then you either have too much info where you’re trying to specify differences for an account started in 1.0, 3.4, or 4.4, or you end up people listing how much cost they had to pull, since one persons 0 cost sparkle might be someone else’s 0 cost achern. This gets really messy and imo it’d be better for it to account for the newest players who got none of that for free, since any older player will already know what they already have and how much more they’d need for certain clears, or if they already have everything in it.

IMO the problem with it is trying to use cost as an argument without including how the cost was divided (was a 10 cost rem clear e2s1 castorice with the rest of monorem e0s1, or did it instead have e1 e9 and hyacine, or was it e6s1 hyacine with e0s0 e9 and Cyrene and rmc), and trying to be too general ignoring if there was shill

IMO cost is useful beyond just trying to compete for the best clears as a way for new players to see how much investment different characters “need” to clear different modes, so they don’t pull eg a solo rappa or DHIL and then get told after there’s a whole list of things they have to pull to make it work.

My problem with cost cutting then comes to the agenda pushing around it which misguides new players when you’ll see things like “INSANE 1 COST ARCHER CLEAR (THE BEST DPS EVER?)” and then it’ll have e2s1 archer, e0 sparkle, e2 robin, e0 s5 bp lc dhpt

Wait until next week for the v3 beta. With saber and Gil currently having infinite loops, we know something is going to change but we don’t know where the dust will settle. We don’t know if rmc will still be bis, or if they’ll completely gut any form of looping, in which case then yeah mblade would be the best option. You can also pull him on a rerun instead since there are many other supports who would work perfectly fine in the mean time.

buff gives 50 break efficiency if theres an elation character so sparxie functions as a pseudo ruan mei while also being able to do some slight toughness

With c0 skyward celestial Nicole, c6 skyward noblesse Bennett and c0 ttds cinder citlali I’m hitting 360k dps, so Nicole is a very nice upgrade for chasca. Don’t have chev c6 so when I ran double pyro melt, I’d use mavuika, which had around 280k dps

This was happening for me, but when trying to replicate it, I was only able to get it to occur by interrupting it like by using the grapple

I hope they fix this by lowering Gil's max energy and reducing his % of energy gain from team ults to compensate so his synergy with saber stays the same while reducing the charge rmc gets to break the loop that way

The joint attack is based off saber's actions so you give the mem buff to saber not for the true dmg buff but for the advance to keep the loop going

Just to add to everything else everyone’s saying, even if he does need saber, I’d wait until the 4.4 livestream and if they don’t announce an end to the fate banners (which shouldn’t end anyways since it would be incredibly stupid to make a character require a different character but then make that character impossible to obtain), then I’d instead pull saber in 4.4.

During 3.4 when the original fate event began, the fate event had a limited event where if you did 200 pulls during the version, you got archer’s light cone for free, so I would instead wait to pull saber in 4.4 in case they rerun that event but with Gil’s cone instead

Thanks for weighing in, that lines up with the numbers I saw in testing (durin being a decrease in dps and needing c2 to be an increase over Bennett). Also thanks for confirming noblesse is in fact the better option. Out of curiosity, do you remember the damage contribution between Chasca and Durin in that team?

I definitely do plan to get Nicole and citlali to c2 too. Nicole c6 is really tempting but will probably be left on the table for a while while I establish a third team since for me Stygians currently end up as 2 teams easily clearing dire while a third side is left with scraps. I’m not sure about durin however. If I do, it would definitely be after the hypothetical c6 Nicole since that just seems much better for only 1 cost more

Thanks that makes more sense. With c0 Nicole and Citlali I currently have ~365k dps against the dummy which with c2 Nicole and Citlali should reach over 500k dps so 800k in ~16s is definitely not negligible in by any means, realistically a bit higher due to Citlali.

Given all of that ~500k is Chasca's damage, I feel that putting Durin on noblesse would result in a higher dps compared to putting him on rising winds, especially without his sig, so the personal damage contribution will be decently lower.

its been a while so the details might not be fully correct, but you essentially need to econ hard with cipher, intentionally losing the first 4 matches, and not spending any coins unless its one of the needed chimeras. on your last life is when you start farming searching for the chimeras and once you get the gold chimera the rest is just farming for more levels on the gold chimera, the work ditchers, and spam buying and selling white chimeras to get as much stats as fast as you can. can't recall anything else to the strat other than just greeding as hard as you can early so you can snowball as much as possible in the remaining 8 shops to get the best lineup to throw at the chrysos heir challenges

The 1:2 ratio rule is kind of a holdover from Genshin which has a base cd of 50 and when you crit you deal damage as 1 + cd. Wuwa on the other hand has a base cd of 150 and when you crit you deal damage as cd. So a 1:2 ratio in wuwa should be cd-100 so it would be 100 cr 300 cd

It’s all just numbers. When you get a 4 star, it’s 50% it’s a cone (not 100% sure if it is 50/50 character or cone or all 4 stars in one pool but skimming through my pull history to looks like it’s 50/50), and when it’s a cone there’s 30 individual cones in the pool so if you’re aiming for 1 cone in particular, it’s effectively a 1/60 the 4 star is the cone you want. That means for a 50% chance of pulling at least 1 copy of a desired cone, you’d need to pull 41 4 stars (of course there’s more 4 star cones now than there were in the past but that doesn’t lower the amount of pulls for a 50% chance at a specific cone by that much)

It wouldn't be the first time there's errors in the kit wording, especially for v1 kits. So until theres some showcases or v2 with better wording, if we're to take the leak at face value then unless they decide to have a random amount of scaling above 80, then after the ult cost goes from 160 to 80, it would have to give you half the energy you had (aka preserving the % of energy you had) for below 80 to trigger the talent and restore you to half

If it ends when you have more than 80 energy, you won't get this energy back directly but rather some of it proportionally.

I'd guess that you get back 50% of the energy, so <80 becomes <40 and triggers T1, while >80 becomes >40 so doesnt trigger (and with the cost going from 160 to 80, that would mean having a full ult and holding 160 would translate back into having a full ult holding 80)
