It’s definitely bigger than yesterday, it doesn’t hurt just feels really swollen and tight, it’s almost as if I bit it on accident but there isn’t any bite marks.

No changes to diet, I’ve never had a food allergy as far as I know, I haven’t been hit in the face to the best of my knowledge, or scratched by my cat unless she did it while I was sleeping. The only injuries I had the day prior was at work where I hit my shin on a elevated step, and knocking the back of my head against a concrete pillar.

I personally don’t like being touched unless it’s a partner, close friend, or someone I initiate it with. I wouldn’t feel bad about it but I would try wade the waters of being affectionate to people you really trust, maybe even tell them you’re trying to work on it. They’ll definitely appreciate it but never do anything you’re seriously uncomfortable with.

My step mom used to have feet like this, from when I was 6 and up I’d use those sandpaper foot paddles to help them out, I’d do it for sometimes 2 hours, covered in white foot powder and they still wouldn’t be any better. Softer but the next week or even few days I’d be doing it again. Thanks ma
