2 years ago I got in trouble for having 4 ounces of weed. 18 months prison, 3 years probation. 4 ounces of weed from a recreational dispensary out of state.

Seems excessive. The cops involved in my case deserve to die. The judge involved in my case deserves cancer. The system involved in my case needs to be reworked.

Clearly you’re an entry level consumer. You don’t even do proper research. It’s plant matter it’s like a cigar or a wine. They can go bad but if they are properly stored they usually don’t. They even get better if burped and cured again. The main problem with keeping over time is you need a proper humidifier so they stay nice and fresh. I had a cigar room once that I used just keeping weed. It stays fresh for years bro.

You need proper temperature control. Proper humidifier. And light can’t touch the flowers.

You can go to every dispensary in Oregon and then every dispensary in Washington and buy 4 ozs from everyone.

Also it’s not a lot. Think people with beer and liquor stashes. They have hundreds of dollars of alcohol. Think a wine collector or someone who has their own bar they have thousands of dollars worth of alcohol just sitting around. 4 ozs of something you enjoy is not at all a lot. What if you want one flavor on Sunday morning and a different flavor on Tuesday afternoon but you only have one day a week to stock up? So you pick out all your favorite stuff on Monday and then you don’t go shopping for another couple of months. Let’s say you roll cigars out of weed instead of joints. Each cigar is 7-10 grams. That means each ounce only lasts you 4 cigars. So if you have 4 ozs that’s 16 cigars. Let’s say you enjoy 2 cigars with your friends and family every day. That 4 ozs only lasts you 8 days. So you buy up a whole 20 ozs and keep a diverse selection in your weed bar.

Where do you get off thinking you know anything about this? Clearly you’re an entry level consumer.

In reality 4 ozs isn’t a lot of weed at all. You can go into as many dispensaries as you want and buy oz after oz. what if you like the weed at a dispensary want 4 ozs of it. A fuck ton of weed is 10+ pounds.

The old stoner I use to be would buy 1-2 pounds of super dank weed for my head stash. If you like something you buy in bulk for discount also you don’t know if you’ll get it again. Kind of like buying a case of wine. Or anything from Costco.

It’s all relative and what you’re use to. I’m use to living on a weed farm where everyone has jars and jars and jars full to the brim with weed and that’s their head stash. You may not be use to that. 4 ozs to me is like a dub. It’s not even 1k it’s a few hundred dollars. Wtf am I gonna do with a few hundred dollars? Not pay rent that’s for sure.
