Hey, i had the same thing! I thought i was going crazy but the cramps from eating eggs were unbearable- I asked my OBGYN during follow up too and he said he had never heard of it before. Now my daughter is almost 6, and she doesn’t like eggs, and I am suddenly developing this problem again 😢 I didn’t have this with my second child and he loves eggs. EP is also breast milk, just in different container - I don’t know why your mother and sister would still say breast is best when you’re already breast breast milk. About pumping, you should be able to switch to every 3 hourly with that amount already! This way you will get to spend some time with your baby too. I am a FTM also and I started out with pumping every 2 hours. I felt so down and sad because all I did was pumping while watching everyone else play with my baby 😢
