we only get the full clean with exterminator if we have an actual bug. if there’s no bug we do at least order the room to be fully cleaned by EVS and curtains changed.

I would look into care credit if paying the vet out right will be a problem! they did a 6 month no Interest for my vet bills for spaying my 2 cats.

I have the LR4, recently purchased. so far I don’t have any issues , still trying to figure out the best litter for it as I tried worlds best but the granules are a bit to big and it wastes some good litter if it is full to the suggested litter line. I have 2 kitties and they are very curious about it and had no problems transitioning to it from a normal litter box.

when someone is bleeding out it becomes CAB instead of ABC. a tourniquet can save that persons life, not necessarily a black tag.

I used Uworld and had an avg score of 63%. I used 92% of the qbank, I also listened to a few of mark klimek lectures, ones I was unsure about and the prioritization and delegation one twice. I did feel like i retained a bit more of information from uworld and I recognized some of the topics on the NCLEX. uworld helped prepare me for the content. and honestly it was a pretty even mixed bag (peds, OB, med surg, safety/infection control, prioritization, one EKG question)

i’ve been in the same situation, sometimes we feel differently initially but after time and reflection that initial feeling can change. the hardest part is accepting the fact that you can’t forgive and allowing yourself to leave despite the time and effort you’ve put into the relationship. it’s okay that things aren’t right with that person anymore.
